States that some experts advocate: MJPEG 2000, within a suitable wrapper (MXF, MJ2, AVI, MOV, MP4, etc); or as MPEG2 or MPEG4 (and MPEG-4 AVC?) “all I frame” encodings; or even as DV. For MPEG & DV, higher data rates (e.g., 50 mbps) are preferred.
